Sursum is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). That agreement covers your use of the app.
In plain terms
- Sursum is provided as-is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be free of bugs or that data will never be lost. iCloud keeps a copy of your synced data, but you are responsible for your own content.
- Your content belongs to you. We don't claim any rights to anything you write in Sursum, and we can't see it. See the privacy policy.
- Sursum is a personal tool for prayer and reflection. It isn't a replacement for professional, medical, or pastoral care.
